Dr. Carlo Alberto Bentivoglio
I am a software engineer at University of Macerata. My current research interests are cognitive architecture and knowledge representation.
My past research interests were collaborative dynamics monitoring in discussion forums, multimedia technologies didactics (I have written, with Aldo Caldarelli, the course book Tecnologie multimediali - audio e video), operational research, graph theory and computational complexity. In this context, my effort was mainly devoted to the cutting sequencing problem (an optimization problem close to the gate-matrix layout problem).
